Account Manager (Agency) Location: Davie, FL (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Client Services Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 About the Role We’re partnering with a growing marketing and communications firm to find a Account Manager to join their Client Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to support impactful client work. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior account leadership and cross-functional teams to help keep projects running smoothly and clients supported. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing, communications, and project coordination while building a strong foundation for long-term growth. What You’ll Do • Support day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups, • Assist in the execution of communication strategies and campaign initiatives, • Help plan, track, and coordinate projects across creative, production, digital, and event teams, • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, recaps, and action items, • Maintain accurate documentation for project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, • Gather assets, review materials, and help manage internal and client approvals, • Conduct basic research to support campaigns and client initiatives, • Perform quality checks on deliverables before they go out the door, • Assist with performance tracking and reporting as needed, • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the account team, • Attend community or client engagement events when needed What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR, or a related field (agency experience is a plus), • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a comparable discipline, • Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools like Wrike, Basecamp, Trello, or Monday.com, • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow Traits That Lead to Success • Client-focused with strong follow-through, • Team-oriented and eager to support across departments, • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities, • Professional communicator with both internal teams and external clients This is a fantastic opportunity to gain meaningful agency experience, work with a supportive team, and grow your career in client services.
