Job Description We’re hiring for a Customer Service Representative that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks. Handling incoming telephone calls and information over the telephone and also make outbound calls to their customers. Your roles: • Educate customers on loan products, • Loan processing, • Take customer payments, • Cash drawer management, • Collection calls, • Basic computer and data entry experience, • Listen to customer needs 5 vacation, medical telemed and paid holidays all after your first year. Work hours from 10am-6pm M-F and 10-3pm on Saturdays (locations may vary)
