The Role We’re looking for a strong, reliable Kitchen Production Chef who thrives in fast-paced environments and values consistency, organization, and quality. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, systems are defined, your job is to execute them with precision. What You’ll Be Doing • Execute recipes based on set specs and standards, • Support daily production for meal service, catering, and grab-and-go, • Maintain consistency in portioning, seasoning, and presentation, • Follow prep lists, production schedules, and labeling systems, • Manage fifo, storage, labeling, and basic waste control, • Keep a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen at all times, • Assist with receiving and ingredient organization, • Communicate clearly with the team on needs, shortages, or issues, • Support basic recipe adjustments when needed (within defined systems) Must-Have Qualifications • Strong precision with weights and portioning (uses scales daily; no guessing), • Experience in production kitchens (meal prep, catering, or high-volume prep — not just line cooking), • Ability to execute batch cooking consistently across 20+ portions, • Strong organization and structured workflow (prep lists, station setup, clean execution), • Ability to manage production flow and timelines independently, • Fast-paced execution without compromising accuracy or quality, • Ability to follow systems, recipes, and standards exactly as defined (no improvising), • Strong attention to detail (weights, labeling, packaging, final presentation), • Clean and disciplined work habits (organized station at all times), • Proactive communication (flags shortages, yield issues, or mistakes early), • High reliability and consistency (shows up, executes, repeats at the same level) Nice-to-Have • Experience with clean / health-focused food concepts, • Basic team leadership or ability to guide prep/packing team, • Inventory awareness and basic stock management Who This Role Is For • 2+ years in a professional kitchen (restaurant, catering, or production), • Comfortable with batch cooking and high-volume production, • Able to work fast while staying organized and clean, • Experience with healthy or wellness-focused food is a plus, • Reliable, team-oriented, and open to feedback, • Comfortable working within structure and systems What We Offer • $24/hour, • Exposure to multiple food formats and production styles, • Clear systems and leadership support, • Opportunity to grow as the brand scales, • Respectful, organized kitchen environment This role is compensated based on execution, reliability, and consistency.
