A team member equally shares the responsibility to perform various activities and interventions that support (ACCS) clients in the community.. Job Description The Maintenance Supervisor at North Coast Seafoods is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily maintenance activities within the production and shipping facilities in Boston. This role serves as the bridge between the Maintenance & Facilities Manager and the Maintenance Technicians, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently to support seamless production. The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to take a hands-on approach in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, while also managing maintenance personnel, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively. They play a key role in fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and efficiency within the maintenance team. This position reports to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager. Job Description The Special Heavy Motor Equipment Operator (SHMEO)/Sewer works in the construction, maintenance, and operation of the sewer system including but not limited to sewer mains, drains, connections, and catch basins. The individual shall have a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of maintaining sewer systems. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned. Summary of Position: The Director of Development Operations, reporting to Chief Medical Officer, will be a member of the Development Leadership Team, accountable for facilitating effective communication and operational excellence within the development organization. This individual provides scientific and operational support to the CMO, including coordination of scientific engagement, cross-functional alignment, vendor contracting, resource planning and oversight of the development team.
