The Rental Services Regional Manager oversees the efficient operation of Rental Services branches within the Region. Starting wage will depend on experience and education $134,971 - $169,517. This position offers a total compensation package. Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities for the Rental Services Regional Manager include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Assists in the development and implementation of rental sales strategies., • Recruits, develops and ensures proper training schedules for rental staff., • Ensures achievement of yearly financial and market share goals., • Works in conjunction with the General Manager and Sales Manager to maintain competitive and profitable rental rates and a "lost rents" reporting system.
