About This Role: We are looking for a high potential, hands on strategic digital marketeer interested in joining a vibrant and agile credit union committed to serving its members and to growing by leveraging marketing automation, social media and AI. The Director – Marketing Strategy & Operations at USALLIANCE Financial is a high visibility strategic leadership role responsible for the overall planning, execution, and performance of the organization’s marketing programs. Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy and Growth Marketing, this role drives the strategic evolution and day to day leverage of our marketing technology stacks and ensures that all campaigns and operations are fully aligned with business objectives, focusing on significant growth in member acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction. This position will also lead cross-functional initiatives and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to ensure marketing execution and digital marketing capabilities yield a positive ROI and contribute to a higher member satisfaction/ NPS. Key Responsibilities: • Create and lead comprehensive annual marketing strategy and budget across all channels (digital, email, social, and traditional) to achieve key business objectives for member growth and product adoption., • Directly manage, lead, and mentor the Marketing staff. Set performance goals with the VP – Brand Strategy & Growth Marketing, conduct performance reviews, and oversee the execution of all team projects, system upgrades, and campaign execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery., • Strategically manage and optimize the entire marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred), CRM, and reporting tools, to ensure operational efficiency and scalable growth., • Oversee the generation of comprehensive, executive-level reports on marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, channel performance). Review data collaboratively with the VP – Brand Strategy & Growth Marketing, to identify strategic trends and high-impact opportunities for organizational improvement., • Direct the design and implementation of multi-channel communication workflows, ensuring timely, relevant, and personalized messaging to drive member engagement and reduce friction points. Own the overall effectiveness and measurement of all communication campaigns., • Co-manage our agency of record and media partners along with the VP – Brand Strategy & Growth Marketing, • Serve as a primary liaison between departments and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals. Manage relationships, contracts, and performance of all key marketing technology vendors including Meta and Google., • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, and/or marketing operations, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role., • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive measurable business results., • Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience highly preferred) and a strong understanding of the entire digital marketing space and current customer experience trends, • Exceptional leadership, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills., • Demonstrated experience with budget management and leading cross-functional teams to meet aggressive deadlines, • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies via analytical tool and data storytelling for executive team., • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Opportunities for professional development and career growth with exposure to mentorship from the executive team., • Hybrid Schedule (min 3 days in office to maximize collaboration), • A collaborative and inclusive work environment, • Paid Time Off, Wellness Time & Paid Federal holidays, • 401K with 6% match, • High Performance Culture that specializes in training to sharpen and expand skills brought to USALLIANCE. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $104,030.00 - $132,638.25, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. All positions must adhere to standard BSA/AML policies, procedures, and processes.
