    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong focus on diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle issues. This role involves working on diverse vehicle makes and models, including GM vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and mechanical expertise to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety. Duties Perform detailed diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, suspension, alignment, brakes, shocks & struts, tire service, and oil changes. Repair or replace components such as ADAS systems, air brakes, wheel alignments, and auto body parts as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct diesel engine repairs and maintain diesel-powered vehicles. Perform welding and other mechanical repairs to ensure vehicle integrity. Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate findings clearly to customers. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Requirements Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; however, familiarity with GM vehicles is a plus. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, powertrain components, transmissions, and suspension systems. Ability to perform oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, tire services, shocks & struts replacement, and auto body repairs. Experience with ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, auto estimating, and auto body work is advantageous. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive maintenance procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.     Support Engineers work on all level reactive tickets. The Support Engineers possess a broad range of both technical and business skills, as well as the ability to find common trends to bring up to management for possible automation. Our Support Engineers work closely with our clients and other internal resources to provide best in class IT services, therefore excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
