LSMNJ is opening a brand new PACE Center in Plainfield, NJ, serving clients in Union County. As we venture into this brand new program, we are seeking a full-time Enrollment & Outreach Manager to help get us started! This position offers a salary of $80,000. per year plus a full complement of benefits and paid time off! Reporting to the Regional Director of PACE, the Enrollment & Outreach Sales Manager leads and manages all sales activities within assigned territories, from lead generation through close, to achieve membership and census goals. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the PACE marketing plan, while monitoring performance, driving outreach strategies, and ensuring targets and growth objectives are consistently met. Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in human services, business, marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university and minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing. • Skill(s): Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule., • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising accuracy., • Maintains professional and courteous phone etiquette when communicating with coworkers, colleagues and other external stakeholders., • Dependable and flexible with work hours, with strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to support effective promotion and marketing efforts., • Demonstrates initiative and sound independent judgment in responding promptly to customer needs, while bringing enthusiasm and genuine compassion for the senior population.
