Seeking a personal assistant for a family that has homes on both the East and West coasts in US. Travel is a must and be responsible for setting up and breaking down the homes. Ideal candidate should have a love for design, construction and be highly organized. The salary benefits will depend on experience and bonuses are included. Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities: Supports client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, calendar management, travel schedules, project coordination, work with construction and vendors. Is a liaison for the client and cc’s client on everything. Provides administrative support. Computer savvy on Mac. Makes administrative decisions and takes action in the client’s absence. Manages a high-volume travel schedule. Conserves client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications. Coordinates home projects by capturing timelines and strategies and constant updates. Maintain information in binder for each home. Keeps, bills for homes and puts in excel worksheet. Know how to manage and hire staff. Pack and Unpack suitcases. Shipping items and keep track of deliveries. Must like dogs and be coordinate what the dog needs. Keep track of charity events and donations.

This is a PART TIME role as a Pet Care Provider located in Jersey City, NJ. It is best to live close to this area. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to providing care for pets and ensuring their well-being. Dog walking, staying overnight at a pets' home and indoor pet feeding and some longer hours of pet sitting on occasion will be required.

We are looking to add an Animal Care Attendant to our team at NY Dog Spa & Hotel 20th! CORE RESPONSIBILITES (include but are not limited to): - Supports Mission, Vision and Values of Destination Pet. - Sanitizes/disinfects pet enclosures and general boarding areas. - Provides clean bedding and ensures pet guests have clean water at all times. - Makes sure that each pet receives the correct type and quantity of food for each meal and maintains cleanliness of food prep areas. - Monitors and accurately charts consumption and elimination of every pet guest; brings concerns to the General Manager or Assistant Manager. - Visually checks pet guests for safety and well-being throughout the day. - May be required to supervise group play for dogs and/or individual activities for pet guests. - May be required to assist with bathing and brushing of canine guests. - Checks and picks up excrement from enclosures and other areas as needed throughout the day. - Monitors pet belongings; cleans belongings as needed; assures the return of pet belongings to owners. Carries pet belongings to storage area, front desk or to assist customers, as needed. - Performs daily laundering of pet bedding and towels. REQUIREMENTS: Expertise & Experience: - Must be a pet fanatic – pets are part of our family! - Professional animal care/kennel experience preferred. - Displays a professional manner at all times. - Entry Level role. High school/ College/ Teenagers 16+ encouraged to apply. Physical: - Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. - Must frequently lift 40 pounds. - Must be able to be on feet for the duration of your shift. - Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs frequently. - Must be able to handle dogs on leashes. - Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, animal dander and excretions.
