CLINICAL LADDER LEVEL I-IV The RN level will be determined at the time of hire based on the candidate’s qualifications and ability to meet Clinical Ladder requirements. An established compensation add-on is applied to each RN level. Level expectations include: RN Level II: Minimum 6 months RN experience; AAS in Nursing; completion of Clinical Ladder requirements within 12 months, including 3 activities per pillar (Leadership, Quality, Organizational Contribution), 9 CEUs, and 6 flex items. Job Description Job Summary RN - Endo/GI HiredFirst Full-time, Contract In-Office | Rochester, NY, United States Job Duties -Answering patient questions and addressing their concerns. -Observing patient vital signs. -Sedating patients before procedures. -Recovering patients after procedures. -Administering the necessary medication to patients. -Completing all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents. -Preparing the instruments, equipment, and supplies for the procedure. -Cleaning and sterilizing equipment before use. -Providing assistance to Doctors throughout the procedure. -Administering IV drips. Requirements: • NY license ONLY, • BLS Certification (AHA ONLY), • ACLS Certification (AHA ONLY), • 2 years previous endoscopy procedure experience, • Telemetry monitoring and rhythm identification Required, • Conscious sedation, • Expert IV insertion, • Recovering patients from general anesthesia required, • Performing intake for GI procedures
