Learn more at You'll Do: • Configure and maintain Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos, and Payment Applications within NetSuite., • Support billing logic for subscription, milestone, and usage-based revenue models., • Assist in automation of invoice generation, contract renewals, and collection workflows., • Partner with RevOps and Accounting teams to validate billing schedules, revenue arrangements, and item setups., • Support NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) configurations for deferred and recognized revenue., • Monitor revenue schedules and handle reallocation or deferral adjustments in compliance with ASC 606., • Work with Finance to analyze revenue, unbilled receivables, and contract assets; assist in reporting and reconciliations., • Learn and apply accounting concepts for depreciation of contract-linked assets, FX revaluation, and multi-book accounting where applicable., • Assist with close activities including billing completeness checks, deferred revenue reconciliations, and AR aging., • Identify opportunities to streamline OTC processes such as invoice automation, customer communication, and payment collection., • Experience: 6–8 years of experience supporting, implementing, and configuring enterprise ERP systems, with a strong preference for NetSuite., • NetSuite Expertise: Proven ability to configure and maintain core NetSuite modules, specifically Sales Orders, Invoices, Credit Memos, Payment Applications, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) for deferred and recognized revenue., • OTC Process Knowledge: Deep functional experience with the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Fixed Asset processes., • Billing Models: Experience supporting complex billing logic for diverse revenue models (e.g., subscription, milestone, or usage-based)., • Integration Acumen: Familiarity with integrating front-office systems (like Salesforce CRM/CPQ) with ERP systems, and experience utilizing integration or automation tools (e.g., Workato, Boomi) is highly desirable., • Financial Acumen: Basic, demonstrable understanding of key accounting principles, including debits/credits, deferrals, accruals, depreciation, and compliance standards such as ASC 606.Preferred:, • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science., • Experience assisting with critical month/quarter-end close activities, including billing completeness checks and deferred revenue reconciliations., • You love to identify and execute opportunities to streamline complex financial processes, such as automating invoice generation or optimizing collection workflows., • You're curious about emerging financial technology and automation that can enhance reporting, accuracy, and compliance (SOX)., • Be Curious at Your Core, • Act Like an Owner, • Empower Employees, • Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
