Perform Search is working with Levolor to identify a Senior National Account Manager – Home Depot to serve as the primary owner of the Home Depot business, responsible for driving revenue growth, leading cross-functional execution, and strengthening the strategic partnership with one of the company’s most important retail partners. As part of the Hunter Douglas family of brands, Levolor is investing heavily in scaling its Home Depot business, which has become one of the fastest-growing channels in the portfolio. With strong momentum, increasing retailer expectations, and multiple growth initiatives underway, Levolor is expanding its leadership bench to support the next phase of growth. This is not a passive account-maintenance role. Success requires a hands-on, operator-minded national account leader who balances strategy and execution, builds credibility with Home Depot merchants, and personally drives initiatives from concept through rollout. The role is approximately 50% strategy / 50% execution, with clear accountability for results. Key Responsibilities National Account Ownership & Retailer Leadership: • Serve as the primary commercial leader for the Home Depot account, • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Home Depot merchants and key stakeholders, • Represent Home Depot priorities internally and ensure alignment and accountability across Levolor teams Revenue Growth & Strategic Planning • Own annual revenue targets and growth plans for the Home Depot channel, • Identify and size incremental growth opportunities across in-store merchandising and resets, product launches and assortment optimization, and eCommerce and omnichannel initiatives, • Develop clear, fact-based strategies tied to measurable financial outcomes Execution & Project Leadership • Personally lead execution of key initiatives, pilots, and launches, • Drive test-and-learn programs (e.g., 100-store tests) and scale successful initiatives, • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on plan, and with disciplined follow-through, • Track performance versus targets and adjust quickly based on results Cross-Functional Leadership • Lead matrix cross-functional teams across Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Product, and Operations, • Act as the single point of accountability for Home Depot initiatives, • Partner closely with internal Hunter Douglas specialists and execution resources Analytics & Performance Management • Use data and analytics to diagnose performance, identify trends, and support expansion cases, • Analyze store-level and regional results to determine where and how to scale success, • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to internal leadership and retail partners Business Building & Future Growth • Identify white-space opportunities, new merchandising concepts, and future category expansion, • Contribute to longer-term channel strategy and leadership succession as the Home Depot business continues to scale Location & Travel • Location: Atlanta, GA or commutable to Home Depot HQ, • Regular presence in Atlanta required to support retailer engagement, • Significant travel as needed to support launches, tests, and cross-functional alignment Qualifications • 7–12+ years of experience in national account management or senior account leadership, • Direct experience calling on Home Depot strongly preferred; Experience in either brick-and-mortar or e-commerce required, • Background in home improvement, building products, consumer durables, or adjacent categories, • Proven ability to lead large, complex retail accounts, • Strong analytical and financial acumen, • Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution, • High credibility, strong executive presence, and comfort leading without direct authority
