Job DescriptionCommercial Real Estate Paralegal Hybrid - St. Louis, MO Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 DOE LHH is partnering with a prestigious Am Law firm to add an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, sophisticated real estate practice and enjoys working on complex, multi-state transactions. Key Responsibilities • Support attorneys in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing, • Review, draft, and prepare real estate documents such as purchase agreements, closing documents, leases, and title/Survey summaries, • Manage multi-state property portfolios and ensure compliance with various state-specific requirements, • Conduct zoning research, permitting analysis, and municipal code review, • Coordinate and manage transaction timelines, closing checklists, and communication with internal and external parties, • Order, review, and analyze title commitments, surveys, UCC searches, and related due diligence materials, • Assist with corporate entity formation, organizational documents, and filing requirements, • Organize and maintain transaction files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurateQualifications, • 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, preferably in an Am Law or large/midsize firm, • Multi-state real estate experience is required, • Zoning experience is required (research, permitting, municipal processes, etc.), • Strong understanding of title, survey, and real estate due diligence, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, • High level of professionalism, communication, and client service, • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferredBenefits: Package includes health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
