Job Description Job We are seeking an experienced, reliable Dump Truck Driver to work as a W9 independent contractor. This position is for professional drivers with a clean driving record, strong safety awareness, and proven dump truck experience. Drivers are paid hourly for billable hours only. This role does not include overtime. Responsibilities • Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites, • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations, • Maintain required logs and documentation, • Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company procedures, • Communicate clearly with dispatch and job site supervisors, • Report equipment or safety issues promptly Requirements • Valid CDL (Class A or B, as applicable), • Minimum 2 years of dump truck driving experience, • Minimum 2 years holding a CDL, • Clean driving record with no violations, • Clean 5-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), • Reliable transportation to and from work, • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening, • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices, • Dependable, punctual, and professional What We Offer • Steady work, • Supportive team environment, • No overtime, • W9 independent contractor position with hourly pay for billable hours only
