Job Description Job Title: Nurse Supervisor Location: Brooklyn, NY 11206 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35 Hours per Week) Compensation * Gross Weekly Pay: $3,738 * W2 Rate: $20/hour * Weekly Stipend: $3,038 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned Registered Nurse with strong supervisory experience, particularly in Behavioral Health settings. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-quality patient care delivery. Responsibilities * Provide daily supervision and leadership to nursing staff. * Support and guide clinical teams to ensure quality and safe patient care. * Assist with staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development. * Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. * Monitor clinical documentation and maintain regulatory standards. * Address patient care concerns and resolve operational issues efficiently. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy implementation. Required Skills & Experience * Minimum 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role. * Minimum 2 years of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) experience in Behavioral Health. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Education & Licensure * Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program (Required). * Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) (Preferred). * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (Primary Source Verification required). * Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
