Role: Deliver safe, joyful mini-adventures for 810 older adults and capture compelling, respectful photo/video content that fuels our partners marketing and showcases dignified aging. Responsibilities: • Drive & Safety, • Conduct pre/post-trip inspections; manage ADA securement, safe boarding, and wheelchair tie-downs., • Execute routes & timelines; maintain a clean driving record and excellent resident care., • Complete checklists, incident reports, and vehicle logs., • Experience Operations, • Coordinate with facilities/venues; verify accessibility (ramps, restrooms, seating, routes)., • Support event flow (ticketing, pacing, hydration, meds hand-off from facility staff)., • Champion dignity-first practices for mobility, oxygen, and memory care participants., • Content Creation, • Capture short-form video & photos during outings; log consent/releases., • Deliver assets (clips, photos, captions) to editor within 2448 hours; follow HIPAA-safe storytelling (no health details)., • Coordinate with marketing on shot lists and usage rights., • Compliance & Documentation, • Track participants, incidents, and media releases; support audit-ready records for facilities. Qualifications: • Valid CO drivers license and clean MVR; CDL-P/passenger endorsement preferred (or required if vehicle class demands it)., • 2+ years professional driving (paratransit, school/activity bus, shuttle, or similar) and basic camera skills (smartphone or mirrorless)., • Friendly, patient, and energetic personality, with a genuine interest in working with the elderly., • CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain); able to push/pull wheelchairs and assist transfers with training., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to safely assist clients with mobility or other needs during transportation., • Organizational skills to manage content creation, scheduling, and vehicle upkeep., • Awareness of safety procedures and ability to respond calmly in emergencies. Schedule: Primarily weekdays; occasional evenings/weekends based on events. Notice provided in advance.
