Job Description • Handle foreclosure matters from initial review through resolution, • Conduct legal research and analyze case strategy, • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, conferences, and related proceedings, • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders, • Manage deadlines and move matters forward efficiently across an active caseload, • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver strong client outcomes, • 2+ years of directly relevant experience in foreclosure law, • Active New York bar admission, • Strong litigation drafting, research, and courtroom skills, • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • You will join a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and strong client service, • You will get meaningful responsibility instead of being siloed, • You will have the chance to grow your practice in an established firm environment, • You will work with experienced professionals in a firm that continues to invest in its people and infrastructure Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Paid time off, • Retirement plan, • Vision insurance
