Job Description Job Summary: Assisting supporting departments on maintaining cases and providers. Promoting awareness and understanding of the services provided by Achieve Beyond to both the general public and professionals. Responsible for onboarding and staffing ABA/RS cases for insurance and private pay based on therapist availability. Job Description SPORTIME owns and operates 17 tennis, pickleball, sports, camp and fitness clubs across NYS, including sites across Long Island, in Westchester, Manhattan and the Capital Region and New Jersey. Several of these locations currently feature both dedicated and/or “blended” pickleball courts, and offer court-time, instruction and related programs. JOB SUMMARY To source, secure, coordinate and facilitate pickleball special events at all SPORTIME Pickleball locations. Events may include large tournaments, charity events, milestone celebrations, corporate parties and networking functions, etc. This role requires managing all aspects of events, including communication with event hosts, catering partners and local municipalities where applicable, and the SPORTIME management staffs at each location to ensure that all events meet our 5-star standard.
