Job Description Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive living experience within the condominium community. This role involves managing day-to-day customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction among residents. Key Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner., • Manage and respond to resident communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings., • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all maintenance and repair issues are properly ticketed and resolved in a timely fashion., • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction., • Conduct regular follow-ups with residents to ensure their concerns have been adequately addressed., • Assist in organizing community events and activities to foster a sense of community and engagement among residents., • Use ticketing system and other methods to maintain accurate records of resident interactions, complaints, and resolutions., • Assist with training of customer facing staff to ensure that they adhere to company standards and policies., • Collaborate with Building Manager and Operations Manager to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction., • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred)., • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, property management, or a related field., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Native English speaker/writer, • Fluent spoken and written Spanish, • Other languages a plus, • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
