The Opportunity This role is designed for independent sales professionals who want the freedom to build their own pipeline and earn based directly on results. You may generate business through methods such as: • B2B cold calling, • Email outreach, • LinkedIn prospecting, • Networking and referrals, • Local business outreach, • Door-to-door B2B prospecting, • Existing professional relationships, • Independent lead generation Kingdom Design House may also make prospect lists, CRM resources, marketing material, service information, and sales collateral available to support your efforts. There are no required working hours. Contractors determine when, where, and how they prospect, subject to professional conduct, applicable laws, approved pricing, and Kingdom Design House brand standards. Commission Structure This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. There is: • No base salary., • No hourly wage., • No guaranteed commission., • No guaranteed number of leads or sales., • No employee benefits. Compensation is earned from qualifying customer revenue generated by the contractor. Level 1 – Sales Representative 15% of qualifying collected project revenue. Applies to the contractor's first three successfully closed and paid client accounts. Example: $5,000 collected project revenue 15% commission = $750 Level 2 – Sales Producer 17.5% of qualifying collected project revenue after three successfully closed and paid client accounts. Example: $6,300 collected project revenue 17.5% commission = $1,102.50 Level 3 – Senior Sales Producer 20% of qualifying collected project revenue after nine successfully closed and paid client accounts. Example: $9,200 collected project revenue 20% commission = $1,840 Higher commission levels apply to qualifying future sales after the threshold has been reached unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring Revenue Opportunity For eligible recurring service plans originated by the contractor: 5% residual commission for the first six collected monthly payments. Example: $500 monthly service agreement 5% = $25 per month Six months = $150 additional commission Customer Financing Kingdom Design House may offer customers installment or financing arrangements. Commission is paid based upon revenue actually collected, rather than the entire contract amount being paid to the contractor upfront. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of management experience in the field of marketing; nonprofit and/or arts strongly preferred. • Experience with the following platforms (or similar platforms, indicating the ability to learn these): Asana for cross-channel marketing calendar management; Sprout Social for scheduling social media content; Constant Contact for email marketing; and platforms/programs including Canva, iMovie, and Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of static and video assets. • Experience with website CMS and CRM is strongly preferred as well as competency with Microsoft Office. • Experience working with media relations and external partners., • Excellent sense of design and impeccable attention to detail., • Passion for the arts and artists; knowledge of Queens and NYC cultural sectors strongly preferred. • Experience working with immigrant communities is a plus. Based in New York City, this role will report into the Senior Manager, Tax, in Copenhagen. The Manager of Tax will be a key member of the tax team, responsible for the day-to-day operations, including the accuracy and timeliness of compliance and tax reporting matters. This position will support direct and indirect tax compliance and tax accounting matters for Joe & The Juice's US and global operations. The role will partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support them with all tax related matters. The role interfaces with partners across the organization, including the Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real estate & Growth and Legal teams to optimize existing processes, solve business challenges, design new workflows, and implement new technology solutions to drive efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with third party advisors. Finance & Records Support • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking., • Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents., • Monitor collections, deposits, and outstanding payments when assigned., • Coordinate with the accountant or finance team regarding financial documentation. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred., • 2–5 years of experience in office administration, executive/administrative assistance, property management, real estate, or a similar role., • Previous experience in a real estate environment is an advantage., • Strong organizational and time-management skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, including Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and email., • Comfortable learning and using real estate, CRM, accounting, or document-management systems., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • Professional, dependable, proactive, and able to work independently., • Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
