Job Description Position Description The Senior Maintenance Worker is responsible for all functions and operations related to the upkeep, repair, and improvements of residential scattered site apartments and facilities. The Senior Maintenance Worker is also responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the field, including but not limited to special assignments of all units and all information related to them. This position involves conducting advanced assessments, managing complex cases, and performing various procedures to support the reproductive journey of patients. By collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, the PA ensures that patients receive personalized, high-quality care.
