Job DescriptionJob Description The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) invests in of community-based organizations and programs to alleviate the effects of poverty and to opportunities for New Yorkers and communities to flourish. The Contracting Analyst will be responsible for the variety of tasks that will entail heavy spreadsheet analyses using Excel, DYCD’s Comprehensive Contract Management System (CCMS), the City’s Procurement and Sourcing Solutions Portal (PASSPort), as well as other databases and information systems. Job Description Position Summary The Privacy Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the Bank’s enterprise privacy program, ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state privacy laws and regulations, and embedding privacy-by-design principles across the organization.
