Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our highly esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex civil litigation cases, providing legal counsel, and representing our clients in court. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about law, possesses exceptional research skills, and is adept at trial management and practice. Responsibilities: 1. Manage all phases of civil litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal., 2. Conduct thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development., 3. Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other legal correspondences., 4. Represent clients in court, arguing motions, participating in hearings, and conducting trials., 5. Collaborate with legal staff to collect, analyze, and compile information pertinent to each case., 6. Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs and case specifics., 7. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients about their legal rights, obligations, and strategies., 8. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes favorably and efficiently., 9. Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and legal developments., 10. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school., 2. Experience in civil litigation., 3. Admission to the state bar of Georgia (GA) and good standing., 4. Exceptional legal research skills., 5. Strong negotiation and communication skills., 6. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents., 7. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and courts., 8. Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines., 9.
