Reporting Relationships Reports to the General Manager, Assistant Manager and/or Shift Leader Major Business/Professional Contacts The Line 1/2 will have constant contact with Guests, managers (including shift leaders,) restaurant Team Members, and occasional contact with Restaurant Support Center staff. It is necessary for this person to conduct these relationships with professionalism and cooperation for the betterment of the Company. The Line 1/2 will regularly give suggestions to his/her managers regarding operations. The Line 1/2 is expected to follow the chain of command with respect to all communications (General Manager, District Manager, People Services Business Partner, and Regional Director.) Working and Environmental Conditions Works indoors and outdoors (for events, or to take trash to the dumpster.) CARRYING: Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. Trays of the pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. PUSHING: Pushing is performed to move trays which are placed in dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. CLIMBING: Team Members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. STOOPING/BENDING: Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their kneeswhile standing at the station. Duration of this position is approximately 30-45 seconds at one time, repeated continuoslsy during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stacking ingredients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Housing Specialist’s key areas of responsibility include: Key Areas of Responsibility: • Provide housing supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness in SPA 5., • Develop and maintain strong ties to the community, law enforcement, the Coordinated Entry System (CES), and other homeless service providers., • Link clients to appropriate bridge/interim housing programs and assist them in completing required paperwork to enroll them in permanent housing-related programs., • Provide case management to meet the needs of each individual., • Build trust and rapport with individuals experiencing homelessness. Assess homeless individuals utilizing the Vulnerability Index (VI) SPDAT., • Link clients to physical health, mental health, and other supportive services.
