Position Overview The Dance Company Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Enrichment Programs to support the artistic, organizational, and operational needs of our Dance Company Program. This role encompasses teaching, choreography, program development, and administrative responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on communication, leadership, and attention to detail. Responsibilities • Serve as a primary point of communication with Fusion Dance Company families in a professional and timely manner. Attend and lead meetings as needed with parents, faculty, staff, and students., • Collaborate with the Director of Enrichment Programs on planning, scheduling, and program execution.
