Role Overview We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑phase initiatives spanning business applications and infrastructure. This role requires a highly analytical, proactive leader capable of driving planning, execution, communication, and stakeholder alignment across a diverse range of teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple small, medium, and large IT projects across business applications and infrastructure., • Lead project initiation by defining business problems, solution goals, project scope, and a comprehensive project charter., • Build and maintain detailed work breakdown structures; oversee requirements development and documentation., • Develop and manage end‑to‑end project schedules including resource assignments, dependencies, and milestones., • Manage project budgets; identify and address variances from baseline., • Plan and coordinate testing activities, including test case creation when needed; oversee defect management., • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate as appropriate with resolution options., • Lead change control processes; perform impact analysis and manage the Change Control Board (CCB)., • Plan and execute implementation and user go‑live, including training, communication, and deployment coordination., • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership., • Set and manage expectations with all stakeholders; realign proactively when necessary., • Highly proficient in analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating both business and technical details., • Skilled at proactively identifying gaps, risks, and impacts across teams and influencing timely resolutions., • Strong experience developing business cases and effectively gathering/synthesizing stakeholder information., • Adept at evaluating estimates, rationalizing costs, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities., • Skilled in leading teams and driving timely closure of issues., • Strong competency in scope/schedule/budget analysis and what‑if scenario planning., • Excellent communicator capable of tailoring messaging to all audiences., • Deep knowledge of SDLC methodologies; adaptable to new technologies., • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills., • 7+ years of hands‑on IT project management experience, including full lifecycle planning and execution., • Experience managing projects involving MS Office, Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise applications., • Precision‑driven hiring and delivery model, • High‑touch communication and start‑date assurance, • Opportunities to drive meaningful, enterprise‑level technology initiatives, • Culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and partnership
