This position plays a key role in ensuring the access and integrity of data in TMS, and works closely with the Collections Information Manager in the ongoing implementation of customization, data standards, reporting, and workflows. Ongoing primary responsibilities include managing securities, permissions, and database configuration, data integrity and schema development, data cleaning, providing museum-wide TMS support, training and assisting users, developing customized reports and forms, and maintaining/enforcing protocols and guidelines. Assessment Program The Assessment Program provides collaborative mental health assessments that answer our clients' questions in ways that matter to them. The majority of clients receive services through MediCal. We serve youth and their families, ages 0-21 with most between the ages of 5 and 18 years. We serve youth and families with diverse racial, ethnic, language, cultural, and gender identities and needs, many of whom are current or past foster youth. We use a broad range of psychological and neuropsychological tools to answer assessment questions. Our assessors work with clients, their families, and their teams to determine the specific questions that need to be answered, with these questions guiding the interventions and support we provide along the way. Assessors gather information about previous assessments and evaluations, review relevant medical and developmental records, and speak with important stakeholders to determine how to best serve clients. We then recommend services that are tailored to the needs of clients. Assessments may be targeted or comprehensive, based on the questions and needs of the client. Testing domains may include neurodevelopmental, cognitive, attention, executive functioning, mood and emotion, social functioning, adaptive functioning, and impact of trauma. Throughout the assessment process, we listen to clients' voices, seek to understand challenges, and foster a deeper understanding of clients' lived experiences in order to help make changes and support growth. In addition to conducting assessments, clinicians also provide therapy services to clients, which may include individual, family, or group therapy. Clinical caseloads vary based on the needs of our clients, and clinicians may work with clients for a mix of clinical services in their role. Our assessment team uses a variety of clinical perspectives and orientations, including relational/psychodynamic, attachment-oriented, CBT, DBT, and family systems within a larger trauma-informed approach. The applicant will join a new NSF-funded research project to address whether communities at certain times in the past, specifically during and immediately after mass extinctions, may have been structured and functioned differently from communities during more environmentally quiescent times. Food webs have emerged as a paleontologically accessible type of interspecific network, yet their reconstruction remains methodologically challenging. Reconstruction relies on modeling approaches to infer interspecific interactions, all of which operate under a uniformitarian assumption that the principles determining interspecific interactions have remained constant through time. We challenge that uniformitarian assumption by proposing a framework within which to test alternative principles of inferred species properties, particularly following extreme ecological disturbances, offering new insight into paleocommunity structure and function. We will examine late Permian and Early Triassic communities from South China and the northwestern United states, testing both uniformitarian and alternative models. Test systems include boundary- and mass extinction-spanning communities, as well as communities that represent early stages of recovery from the Permian-Triassic mass extinction. Work will consist of paleocommunity reconstructions, model building and execution, and analytical methods development. The postdoctoral researcher will be involved in all project activities, including field work in China and the United States, travel to and presentation at professional meetings, and publication of project results. They will also assist with collections curation and digitization, project coordination, communication, outreach activities, and formal/informal education. The researcher will be co-mentored by Peter Roopnarine (California Academy of Sciences) and project co-PI Ashley Dineen (University of California Museum of Paleontology, Berkeley), and will have the opportunity to interact with both institutions. Job Description What You Will Do: Coastal Camp Staff lead groups of day campers in grades K-12 in hiking and exploring the Marin Headlands, a beautiful coastal park that’s part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Each week staff work with one group to implement lessons, games, stories and other activities centered around that week’s theme. Staff may work in the lead role–planning the week’s lessons, activities and routes or in the support role–managing student behavior and assisting with the implementation of activities. The majority of campers are in the 1st-2nd age group or 3rd-4th age group. The role is a full-time, seasonal position beginning June 8, 2026 - August 21, 2026. This role places an emphasis on acquiring, training, and supporting new or existing Diamond Contractors to drive success in the marketplace and have a positive impact on growth for the contractor, distributor, and METUS. The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following: • Partner with distributor staff and contactors to execute growth plans while implementing business development concepts., • Further develop partnerships with Distributor management and staff, contractors, utility companies and builders as necessary for sales growth., • Sell the value proposition: Why Mitsubishi in tandem with offering the benefits of Mitsubishi’s broad line of whole home solutions., • Participate in local professional groups, industry associations, Distributor trade shows and other event functions., • Prepare territory analysis pertaining to performance and growth., • Administer and conduct sales and applications training, marketing programs, and annual reviews at the contractor and distributor level., • Assist distribution with inventory reporting and job quoting as needed., • Develop Distributors sales personnel to be proficient in selling/offering Mitsubishi products to residential contractors., • Develop Residential Market Strategy for the territory using market data., • Maintain and update all new and existing contractor information in salesforce., • Report to Regional Manager monthly on market conditions and activities., • Grow and develop the Diamond Contractor base with distributor territory managers., • Advanced proficiency in application and installation methods and techniques for new and existing products., • Work with Commercial BU counterparts as needed to capitalize on sales opportunities for the entire ME US product line., • Assist Regional Manager in multiple distributor trainings, performance reviews and shared information sessions., • Consistently serve and exceed the expectation of an assigned Business Unit Champion role., • Work with BU management to develop a personal development path to address strengths and weaknesses to prepare for advancement., • Consistently meet and/or exceed assigned annual performance goals., • Assist in the development process of new hires to help familiarize them in the basic functions of the Area Sales Manager role., • Willing to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory for distributor, dealer, trade organization meetings and outside of the assigned territory for various company meetings., • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or related experience, • 5 years+ sale experience preferably in the HVAC industry., • 5 years+ calling on the residential and mechanical contractors., • Familiar with HVAC wholesale and dealer organizations., • Demonstrated communication skills both verbally and written., • Able to understand and execute business plans, (Distributor, Contractor, ETC.)., • Basic to proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office products., • Familiar with salesforce, a plus., • Demonstrated public speaking skills to both small and large groups., • Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean Organization to include participation in Kaizen event(s)., • Must reside in the Business Unit Territory/Geography., • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
