Requirements Your role and responsibilities Credit & Counterparty Risk Oversight • Monitor bilateral and exchange-based lending exposures in real time, including margin loans, structured loans, and combined loan+option transactions., • Assess counterparty creditworthiness, including crypto-native entities, exchanges, and DeFi protocols, using both quantitative metrics (collateral ratios, liquidity, volatility) and qualitative assessments., • Track and escalate breaches of internal exposure limits (counterparty, sector, or protocol concentration). (WSFSSH) is a community-based organization whose mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services within a residential setting which enhances the independence and dignity of each person. WSFSSH develops, manages, and provides housing for low- income older persons, many of whom live with mental illness and/or have experienced homelessness. WSFSSH currently owns and operates nearly 2200 units in 28 buildings located in Manhattan and the Bronx. Responsibilities: The Property Manager reports to the Deputy Director/Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the smooth and safe operation of buildings owned and operated by WSFSSH. The Property Manager is responsible for staff supervision, operating the property within the budget, facility maintenance, compliance, resident relations, and working with our social service team to keep our residents stably housed. Job DescriptionJob Title: Front Desk Administrator Job Accountabilities: • Works directly with patients and staff to coordinate service delivery and office management, • Maintains cooperative attitude and support efforts to staff needs, • Greets patients and ascertains name and other pertinent information. Notifies appropriate employee of visitor's arrival., • Communicates directly with patients and healthcare professionals via telephone and face to face, • Answers telephone(s); Determine if caller can be helped by receptionist or need requires to be routed to another person; Routes calls for employees as appropriate, • Retrieves voice messages on general voicemail, accurately takes and delivers messages all within a one-hour time limit, • Maintains log of all calls requiring further action. Establish contact with Clinical, Billing, Medical, and/or Chief Operating Officer, or other staff member via email or telephone in cases of emergency, • Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks (may include processing of incoming and outgoing mail via electronic emails from counselors, sending and delivering FAX messages, arranging for and maintaining logs for clinic operations, photocopying and collating, etc.), • You will co-share the responsibility to for tracking, monitoring the detox assessment, daily sessions, 822 assessments and follow up appointments, • Completing the intake referral sheet which includes verifying insurance, referral source and accurate date for treatment, • Schedules, confirms, and documents appointments, • Collects deductibles and co-pays at the time of services rendered; Clarifies copayments with Operations Director and/or Billing department if needed; Notifies Billing and Clinical Departments including Operations Director and Clinical Director of patient payment issues. All information is added to the EMR, • Maintains Excel records including but not limited to copayment payment receipt, co-payment cards, referrals, and medications., • Assists with patient’s transportation requests, • Appropriately track MetroCard systems, medication distribution for the nurses from the pharmacy, • Confirm all Medicaid client’s eligibility on the 1st and 15th of each month, • Monitor a weekly attendance sheet for services provided at the clinic, • Ensures blood work and urine toxicology requisitions are printed, • Notifies Clinical staff, including Clinical Director, of any outstanding clinical issues, including complaints or grievances made by patients, • Assures that office opening protocols are executed, • Participates in relevant meetings and ongoing development of professional knowledge and skill, • Maintains punctual and reliable attendance, • Promotes a positive work ethic. Promotes a positive image and disseminates positive information about Parallax Center and avoids negative statements or implications about Parallax Center to staff and patients., • Staff will not use cell phone at the front desk, 1 hour lunch include– needs to be coordinated to ensure coverage at the front desk, • Assisting billing with verifying authorization for IOP and Detox clients, • Tracking all intakes for the outpatient, IOP and detox on daily basis via internal systems, • All other task assigned by management

POSITION OVERVIEW Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the* Site Manger* oversees the day-to-day operations of a multi-service primary care center in New York City. The Site Manager is responsible to the provision of effective administrative, financial and operational aspects of the health center, including both front-end and back-end operations. This position will ensure the delivery of a patient-centric primary care experience, foster a safe, trauma-informed care environment where staff are engaged, developed and invested in the vision and mission of the organization. This is a supervisory position. KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operations • Direct oversight of Front Desk staff and other non-clinical support staff., • Oversight of schedule for all site staff (i.e. front desk staff, MA/LPNs, RNs, care coordinators, providers, etc.) to ensure seamless and adequate coverage., • Develop and monitor trends and provides action plans for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the practice operations, • In collaboration with the Director of Operations, responsible for the financial performance of the site. Monitor the budget, site expenses to project revenue and execute plans for budgeting variances., • Maximize patient throughput and review of cycle times by managing ongoing daily front and back office operations., • Reconcile site encounters on a daily basis to ensure accurate billing and encounters are closed in a timely fashion., • Oversight of cash collections relating the patient billing and AR at the center level., • Responsible for the overall appearance of the facility by conducting regular walk-through, filling out work orders, arranging routine and emergency maintenance visits for the building’s facilities., • Ensure facility is adequately stocked with necessary supplies and par levels are maintained., • Organize work around repeatable processes rather than one-off projects and takes a continuous improvement approach. Updates and develops new department standard operating processes (SOPs)., • Collaborate with Medical and QI leads to drive clinical quality measures, population health initiatives, and reduce the cost of care., • Recruit, supervise, manage, develop and evaluate performance of all staff on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable performance standards (with the exception of the doctors)., • Collaborate with the HR team to formalize a development plan for staff as well as manage employee relations issues such as provide employees with formal write-ups and suggestions for improvement, and administer terminations as needed., • Perform tasks to maintain employee/payroll records including check and audit of timekeeping records for compliance with established standards by maintaining time and attendance records. The Administrative Assistant will oversee timekeeping for providers., • Conduct daily huddles and monthly staff meetings to communicate policy, operational and health care environment updates., • Oversee patient satisfaction surveys, review trends and implements interventions to strive for excellence. Disucss results and trends during QI/QA meetings., • Execute and maintain compliance with all established processes, procedures, and performance metrics. Conducts routine trainings with competency assessments., • Coordinate and ensure that all records of the facility, equipment, and logs are maintained properly and are up to date., • Ensure staff maintain and adhere to all HIPAA requirements in accordance with the policy and procedure., • In collaboration with Compliance Officer, investigate, monitor and keep leadership abreast of regulatory/complinace issues, deficiencies, or potential problems that may have financial impacts, personnel concerns, or involve regulatory intervention., • Conduct and participate in internal and external meetings, conferences and seminars as a representative of Primary Care, including the Board of Directors meetings held afterhours and on weekends., • Perform other appropriate duties as requested by supervisor., • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed. REQUIREMENTS: • Master's degree in health administration, public health in healthcare management, business administration, public administration, nursing or equivalent strongly preferred. BA required., • Three (3) years progressively responsible management and supervisory experience with specific knowledge, experience, and demonstrated ability in the areas of management, personnel development and management, organizational evaluation, professional staff development and leadership skills in an ambulatory medical care setting preferred., • Two (2) years' experience in Community Health Centers*, • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
