    Our client is a fast-growing marketplace startup seeking a Head of Marketing to own end-to-end customer acquisition across both a B2C consumer brand and a B2B attorney platform — managing $300–400K/month in ad spend and building the marketing function from the ground up. This is a high-autonomy role for a growth marketing dynamo who can run paid media at scale, build a category-leading SEO organization, and generate viral content that drives consumer attention — all while working directly with the CEO. What You'll Do • Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across B2C and B2B, managing $300–400K/month in ad spend across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels, • Optimize CAC, ROAS, and lead quality across all paid media channels, • Build and scale a category-leading SEO organization with content strategies that create durable organic acquisition advantages, • Drive viral content and out-of-the-box marketing ideas that generate consumer attention and brand awareness at scale, • Transition marketing operations from an external agency to an in-house function and eventually build and manage your own team, • Work directly with the CEO to allocate budget, run structured experimentation programs, and identify asymmetric growth opportunities, • Develop the B2B marketing channel to sell legal leads and case management software to law firms Key Requirements • 4–8 years in growth marketing with strong B2B and B2C experience, • Scaled customer acquisition at a marketplace or fintech business, • Deep expertise in paid media — Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic, • Strong SEO and organic growth strategy experience, • Creative and experimental — generates viral, out-of-the-box ideas, • Experience generating leads in legal, litigation, or high-CAC industries (insurance, lending) a strong plus

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is hiring a full-time Director of Financial Planning and Analysis based out of our Brooklyn home office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to work closely with the founding team of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream as the company embarks on its next stage of major growth.
