Job DescriptionEstimator Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, specializing in commercial, retail and fuel station projects that range between $1M - $30M. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing detailed estimates, and ensuring that all project requirements are met within budgetary constraints. Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed cost estimates for retail, fuel station, and grocery store projects., • Analyze project plans and specifications to determine necessary labor, materials, and time requirements., • Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to gather relevant data for estimates., • Review change orders and assess their impact on project costs and schedules., • Utilize software such as Procore and Accubid to streamline the estimating process., • Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, including labor, material costs, and vendor quotes., • Participate in project meetings to discuss estimates and project progress., • Proven experience as an Estimator in retail, fuel station, or grocery store projects., • Strong knowledge of estimating software, particularly Procore and Accubid., • Experience with change orders, RFI processes, and self-perform scopes of work., • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients., • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred., • Salary $100K - $$140K DOE, • Health insurance, • Dental insurance, • Vision insurance, • 401K match, • Paid time off - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
