As Lead Veterinarian, you are THE clinical leader in your clinic. The associate veterinarians turn to you for leadership, mentorship, and medical guidance, and you work hand-in-hand with your partner practice manager to ensure the clinic functions smoothly so our doctors are happy, supported, and inspired to deliver the highest standard of care.
