Job DescriptionJob Title: Assembler Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling small components under a microscope with limited supervision. Your tasks will include die bonding, wire bonding, and using header tools such as tweezers and microscopes for detailed work. You will also operate automated equipment when needed and follow assembly instructions and technical drawings. As an integral part of our team, you will help meet daily production and quality targets while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities • Assemble small components using a microscope., • Perform die bonding, wire bonding, and use header tools effectively., • Operate automated equipment as required., • Adhere to assembly instructions and technical drawings., • Contribute to meeting daily production and quality targets., • Maintain a clean and organized workspace., • At least 1 year of experience in micro-assembly or similar work., • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail., • Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions., • Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow directions., • Experience with soldering and using hand tools., • Familiarity with die bonding and wire bonding processes. This role requires standing for long periods and performing detailed hand work. You should be capable of lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bohemia, New York. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
