Your Role on the Team As a Superintendent at Invitation Homes you are responsible for full-cycle oversight of property rehab and turnover efforts. Fabricator II In this job you will set-up and operate three-four pieces of fabrication or laser cutting equipment of moderate to advanced complexity using technical drawings, blueprints, or other specifications to form metal parts from various types of metal stock. Team Lead II In this role you will lead a team responsible for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Participate in making decisions affecting the work and the employees performing that work. This is a 2nd shift position 2pm-10:30pm.
