Position Summary The Vice President, Controller will lead the accounting function in a fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed environment. This strategic and hands-on role will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and tax. The VP, Controller will partner with senior leadership to support the company’s rapid expansion, M&A activity, and eventual exit strategy (IPO, strategic sale, etc.), ensuring scalable financial operations and accurate, timely financial insights. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company, with a strong emphasis on system and process improvement, implementing accounting and organizational controls, technical GAAP accounting, and teambuilding.
