This is an in-person position based in our vibrant Naperville, IL office with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM. $17.25 an hour , $19.25 an hour if Bilingual What You’ll Do • Engage with customers via phone and online to promote home warranty and energy-related products., • Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm., • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions that drive sales and satisfaction., • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals., • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and stay up-to-date on product knowledge., • Collaborate with teammates and share best practices., • Reflect our values and contribute to a positive, results-driven culture. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years in customer service or sales, ideally in a contact center., • Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and hitting sales targets., • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and digital., • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot., • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment., • Experience in home warranty or utility services., • Knowledge of HVAC systems., • Bilingual (Spanish) skills., • High School Diploma or GED required., • Base pay of $17.25 hourly; specific offers will reflect qualifications, experience, education, and skills., • Commission and annual performance-based bonus/incentive opportunities., • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, including paid short-term and long-term disability., • 401(k) plan with 4% company match., • Generous paid time off., • Educational assistance program for growth and development., • Flexible spending and health savings accounts to manage transportation and dependent care., • Employee wellness resources, including EAP, health, legal, and financial support.
