How You Will Serve at Grace: Position Summary Reporting to the Campus Pastor, the Campus Coordinator provides administrative support to ensure the effective day-to-day functioning of the Latham campus. This role partners closely with the Campus Pastor and campus staff by managing the campus calendar and correspondence with congregants while supporting the planning and execution of meetings and campus events. The Campus Coordinator also serves as a key point of connection for new congregants, ensuring accurate data management and timely follow-up that supports engagement and next steps. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-focused attitude, this position helps advance the mission and ministry of the campus. Primary Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Campus Pastor and campus staff, including receiving, responding to, and escalating calls and inquiries as appropriate, • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments; maintain the campus master calendar, • Prepare, edit, and proofread emails and documents; develop, analyze and maintain spreadsheets, electronic forms, and reports using Google Workspace or similar tools, • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of campus meetings and events (both campus-specific and campus-wide), • Administer and execute special projects in support of the Campus Pastor and campus staff, • Order, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies, • Maintain accurate records and data systems, including timely entry of data gathered from Welcome Home/Next Step Cards and maintenance of congregant information in Planning Center Online (PCO), • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for new guests, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate data entry, and coordination of next steps in alignment with church processes, • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, • Administer church processes such as new membership, employee and congregant membership renewal, child dedication, and baptism, including application processing, status tracking and communication, • Attend staff meetings, retreats, and church events as required to support campus operations, • Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned in support of campus ministry What Youll Bring: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs) Required KSAs • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), • One to three years of administrative, office coordination, or similar experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in a church or nonprofit environment preferred, • Demonstrated experience in collecting and interpreting data, • A history of exceptional attention to detail, • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals, • Proven ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written, • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in a ministry environment, • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and interruptions in a fast-paced ministry environment, • Associates or bachelors degree in administration, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), and church management systems such as Planning Center Online What We Believe: • The Bible: The Scriptures, comprising 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, are the inspired Word of God without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation of mankind, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life, • God and the Trinity: There is only one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, • The Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirits ministry serves to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to convict men of sin; regenerate the believing sinner; and to indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service, • Mankind and Sin: Mankind was created in the image of God, but fell into sin and is therefore lost.
