Qualifications - Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred. - Strong interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively. - Proficiency in using job sites to post and source candidates - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A passion for talent management and helping individuals find their ideal roles within the organization.
