Job DescriptionJob Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing participant claims and reimbursements accurately and on schedule, reviewing debit card transactions, and assisting participants by phone and email regarding eligible expenses, balances, and plan rules. The role also involves supporting employer groups with plan setup, reporting, renewals, and troubleshooting, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with IRS and plan requirements. Responsibilities • Process participant claims and reimbursements accurately and on schedule., • Review debit card transactions and substantiation documentation., • Assist participants by phone and email regarding eligible expenses, balances, and plan rules., • Support employer groups with plan setup, reporting, renewals, and troubleshooting., • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IRS and plan requirements., • Perform routine account audits and resolve discrepancies., • Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives.Essential Skills, • Administrative support, • Customer service, • Data entry, • Front desk, • Microsoft Excel, • 1+ years of administrative experience, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Excel calculationsAdditional Skills & Qualifications, • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, healthcare, insurance, finance, or a related field, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
