We work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a fun treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each child. No experience required! Responsibilities: • Implementing behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA, • Collecting data on clients' progress toward behavioral goals, • Conducting preference assessments and other data collection procedures, • Assisting with skill acquisition programs, such as language and social skills, • Providing feedback to parents, teachers, and other caregivers on clients' progress, • Maintaining accurate and timely records of clients' progress and behavior incidents, • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesRequirements:, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Enjoys working with children., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes or schools, • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test., • High School Diploma, • A lively personality for sessions!Salary and Benefits:, • Competitive compensation, • Experienced Behavioral Techs will be offered a competitive rate., • Cell phone reimbursement, • Mileage and drive time between clients, • Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization, • 401K matching, • Healthcare for full time employees.
