Experienced in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to pediatric patients, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment administration. Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and delivering compassionate support to patients and families. Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association (AHA). Roles & Responsibilities: • Delivered direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment., • Administered medications, IV therapies, and vaccinations as per physician orders., • Monitored patient progress and reported changes in condition to the healthcare team., • Collaborated with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans., • Educated patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care., • Skills:, • Pediatric patient care & assessment, • Medication administration & IV therapy, • Clinical documentation (EHR), • Infection control & patient safety, • Communication & family educationDocuments Required:, • Valid AK State RN license, • PALS Certified through AHA, • ACLS Certified through AHA We’re confident you’ll find something that aligns perfectly with your needs and goals.
