Job DescriptionMaterial Handler / Warehouse Associate Location: Plant City, FL Pay: $16/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking a reliable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments, • Store materials in designated warehouse locations using proper procedures, • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment, • Perform labeling, sorting, and packaging of products, • Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders, • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits, • Verify part numbers, quantities, and product details, • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, • Pull and rewrap pallets securely after retrieving products, • Follow all OSHA, company, and safety guidelines, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, • Properly handle materials, including hazardous products when requiredRequired Qualifications, • High School Diploma or GED, • Experience in a warehouse or material handling role, • Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and packing, • Ability to use RF scanners or inventory systems, • Forklift and pallet jack experience, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift, • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periodsPreferred Qualifications, • Experience with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or other shipping systems, • Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, or auditing, • Hazmat training or experience handling hazardous materials, • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environmentWork Environment, • Warehouse setting (non-climate-controlled), • Requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the day, • Regular exposure to warehouse equipment, loading docks, and active work areas, • Safety-sensitive role requiring attention to procedures and detailWhat We Offer, • Consistent weekday schedule, • Stable, entry-level opportunity, • Hands-on warehouse experience with growth potential Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
