Prenuvo is seeking a Sr. People & Culture Business Partner, reporting directly to the SVP, People & Culture, dedicated to providing both tactical and strategic HR support across our Commercial organization, which represents Sales, Growth, and Marketing teams. This role is critical in driving organizational alignment, supporting Commercial operators, and partnering closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, his leadership team, and the broader People & Culture (P&C) team. This is a fully remote role with preference for candidates in the US with deep knowledge of Canadian Labor Laws (BC/ON/AB). Candidates must be legally authorized to work and based in either the USA or British Columbia, Canada. What You'll Do Strategic Partnering & Advisory • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Commerce leadership, providing counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy., • Lead workforce planning, ensuring alignment of staffing models with commercial demand and growth projections., • Oversee complex employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions (USA, Canada), ensuring consistent, legally compliant, and culturally sensitive resolutions., • Support leaders/managers in sound and compliant performance management practices, in alignment with the organization's performance management framework, linking commercial outcomes and organizational goals to individual accountability., • Partner with leaders to identify high‑potential talent, create succession plans, and drive career development pathways across diverse employee groups., • Partner with the CCO and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that senior commercial leaders have a clearly articulated and well‑balanced portfolio of initiatives aligned with their role and Commerce strategy, and that they are supported in developing the leadership skills necessary to succeed., • Collaborate with P&C and Finance teams to ensure equitable, competitive, and transparent pay practices across Commerce., • Drive manager capability through training, coaching, and ongoing support, recognizing that managers are critical to engagement and productivity., • Lead P&C initiatives that reinforce Prenuvo's mission, embedding cultural values into Commerce operations., • Partner closely with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other P&C Business Partners to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end people solutions., • Proven HR leadership experience in health‑tech, life sciences, or commercial organizations., • Strong track record of managing complex partnerships across large, diverse functions., • Deep knowledge of employment legislation and compliance across multiple jurisdictions (USA, Canada)., • Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership, particularly Chief Commercial Officers or equivalent commercial leaders., • Expertise in balancing tactical HR operations with strategic workforce planning.
