What You'll Do • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services, • Build itineraries tailored to client needs, budgets, and travel policies, • Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely and professional manner, • Respond to client inquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service, • Work with GDS/booking platforms (training provided), • Keep accurate records of bookings and support the team with administrative tasks What We're Looking For • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus, • 0–2 years of experience; interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests at once, • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office, • Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Italian or Spanish) is a plus, • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 upon hire. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Role Description The Bartender is a part-time, on-site role based at Richmond County Country Club in Staten Island, NY. Day-to-day tasks include greeting members and guests, taking beverage and food orders, setting up and breaking down bar stations, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. The Bartender collaborates closely with serving staff and kitchen teams to ensure timely service during regular dining hours. This position also supports the creation of a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests professionally and upholding club policies and safety guidelines. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, member-centric experience. Clear, professional Communication skills for interacting with members, guests, and team colleagues. Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, including drink preparation, menu familiarity, and basic pairing recommendations. Proficient Bartending skills, including mixing classic and signature cocktails, responsible alcohol service, and bar setup/breakdown.
