Job DescriptionInstallation Technician Location: projects range between Louisville (North) and Castle Rock (South) Mileage Reimbursement = $0.71/mile 1st Shift Pay: $25-27/hr Job Description The Technician plays a crucial role in supporting healthcare IT mounting projects, including virtual nursing deployments, Workstations on Wheels (WOWs), and articulating wall-mounted arms. This entry-level position is perfect for reliable, hands-on individuals who are eager to learn, and capable of working in sensitive healthcare environments. Technicians will assist with equipment transportation, jobsite setup and teardown, and provide installation support. This role requires frequent walking, carrying equipment, and maintaining professionalism in active patient care areas. Responsibilities • Transport monitors, arms, WOWs, and mounting hardware between storage and patient rooms., • Assist with positioning equipment and holding units during installation., • Set up and tear down containment such as zip walls and floor protection., • Help with cable routing and cleanup after installation., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by removing packaging, trash, and debris after installation., • Navigate complex hospital layouts quickly and efficiently, expecting to walk over 10,000 steps per day., • Follow all hospital protocols for noise control, dust mitigation, PPE usage, and infection control., • Arrive on time and ready to work, taking directions from the Senior Technician or Field Lead., • No prior installation experience required, but experience in construction (i.e. carpentry, woodworking, drywall, etc.), automotive mechanic, facilities maintenance or assembly, • Professional experience using a variety of hand & power tools, • Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, • Strong customer service skills., • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., • Comfortable with walking long distances and standing for extended periods., • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit are essential. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
