Responsibilities: The Direct Care Staff is responsible for providing individualized care and support to youth in a residential Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) foster care setting. The Direct Care Staff works closely with the Program Manager to facilitate communication, behavior management plans, therapeutic activities, and ensure the overall well-being of residents. Staff will also assist with medical needs, transportation, and community outings, creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for the children in care. • Provide individualized support to children in areas such as personal hygiene, grooming, cooking, cleaning, socialization, recreation, self-medication, menu planning, food purchasing, and more.
