Food & Beverage Support * Take and process F&B orders, answer menu questions, and enter transactions. Reports & Records * Run assigned daily reports and ensure accuracy. * Log all guest requests, incidents, and adjustments in the CRM system. Cash Handling & Finance * Process payments (cash, credit, debit, checks). * Balance and secure your bank at beginning and end of shift. * Follow accounting procedures for adjustments, paid-outs, and system outages.
