KLG Public Relations – Junior Manager, Digital\n KLG Public Relations is hiring a Junior Manager, Digital to work across hospitality, culinary, wine & spirits, travel, and lifestyle brands. \n \n KLG PR is seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Junior Manager, Digital to support the agency’s digital, social media, paid social, and influencer marketing initiatives. \n \n This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of influencer marketing, paid social, and digital content creation who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate understands how brands can leverage organic social, paid media, and creator partnerships to build awareness, engagement, and meaningful digital communities. \n \n The person will support in the development and execution of social media and influencer strategies for a variety of high-profile clients. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibilities spanning content planning, social media management, influencer sourcing and outreach, paid social recommendations and execution, creative development, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. \n \n The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is creatively driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. They should have a strong understanding of social platforms and digital trends, an eye for visual content, and the ability to turn brand objectives into engaging digital strategies and campaigns. \n Strategy & Creative Development\n\n • Develop and execute digital and social media strategies that support client brand objectives, PR initiatives, and marketing campaigns.\n, • Build monthly social media content strategies and calendars across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.\n, • Translate brand positioning, PR priorities, seasonal moments, launches, and events into engaging digital content and campaigns.\n, • Concept social-first campaigns and content ideas across organic social, influencer partnerships, product seeding, experiential activations, and paid collaborations.\n, • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, emerging creators, cultural moments, and evolving content formats.\n, • Develop creative content concepts and content capture plans for social campaigns, influencer partnerships, and events.\n\n Social Media Management\n\n • Manage day-to-day social media strategy and execution for assigned client accounts.\n, • Develop social media calendars, captions, creative briefs, and publishing plans.\n, • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across social platforms.\n, • Coordinate and publish organic social content across relevant platforms.\n, • Develop and support short-form video, static, carousel, Stories, and other platform-native content.\n, • Monitor social channels, trends, conversations, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and content development.\n, • Support community management and engagement while maintaining client-specific tone of voice.\n, • Use social media insights and performance data to inform future content strategy.\n, • Manage content through social media planning and publishing platforms such as Planable, Sprout Social, or similar tools.\n\n Paid Social\n\n • Develop paid social recommendations based on client objectives, target audiences, available budgets, and campaign priorities.\n, • Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms.\n, • Manage boosting and paid amplification of organic and influencer content when appropriate.\n, • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization based on KPIs.\n\n Influencer Management\n\n • Source, research, and vet micro, mid-tier, and macro creators across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.\n, • Support influencer outreach, negotiations, contracting, and campaign coordination.\n, • Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, agents, and other industry contacts.\n, • Coordinate organic gifting and product seeding campaigns, including creator research, outreach, shipping, tracking, and follow-up.\n, • Support paid influencer campaigns from creator sourcing and negotiation through content approvals, publishing, usage rights, and reporting.\n, • Ensure influencer campaigns follow relevant FTC, platform, and client-specific guidelines.\n, • Support influencer campaign budgets and track associated costs, agency fees, and deliverables.\n\n Content Creation & Graphic Design\n\n • Create social-first visual assets using Canva, CapCut and other design tools.\n, • Have a strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, typography, and brand consistency.\n, • Adapt existing brand assets into social-friendly formats and create original social content when needed.\n, • Support the development of Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and other digital-first content.\n, • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and internal teams to ensure content is optimized for social and paid use.\n\n Campaign Execution & Management\n\n • Manage day-to-day execution of digital, social, and influencer campaigns from planning through completion.\n, • Maintain campaign timelines, content calendars, creative briefs, influencer deliverables, and approvals.\n, • Coordinate product seeding, influencer mailers, events, and content capture opportunities.\n\n Analytics & Reporting\n\n • Track and analyze organic social, paid social, and influencer campaign performance.\n, • Monitor KPIs including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, video views, shares, clicks, CTR, CPC, and other relevant metrics.\n, • Analyze content performance to identify trends, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.\n, • Develop client-facing reports and presentations with clear takeaways and strategic recommendations.\n, • Maintain accurate campaign tracking, influencer reporting, budgets, contracts, and documentation.\n, • Use performance data to inform future content, influencer, and paid social strategies.\n\n Qualifications\n\n • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field, preferably within wine & spirits, hospitality, culinary, travel, or lifestyle brands.\n, • Strong understanding of social media strategy and platform best practices, particularly Instagram and TikTok.\n, • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and developing content calendars.\n, • Working knowledge of paid social advertising, particularly Meta Ads, including targeting, boosting, campaign objectives, and performance metrics.\n, • Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing influencers and creators.\n, • Experience with social media management, influencer marketing, and analytics platforms; Sprout Social, Planable, Meltwater, Klear, or similar tools a plus.\n, • Proficiency in Canva CapCut or other content creation/editing tools.\n, • Strong written communication skills and the ability to write engaging, brand-appropriate social copy.\n, • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines.\n, • Creative thinker who stays up to date on social media, digital culture, creators, and emerging trends.\n, • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.\n, • Comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-paced agency environment.\n\n \n Compensation: $60-65K, 401K,
