Who You Are: The Key Account Manager will service their assigned clients by executing their account management strategy, tactics, and engagement calendar while delivering clear communications and gathering client feedback along the way. The Key Account Manager is responsible for monitoring the status and satisfaction of each client by focusing on mitigating known risk factors and competitive threats. AI Utilization and Literacy: A key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance.
