Job DescriptionJETSET Pilates General Managers are committed to the growth and development of their team and are passionate about sharing the brand and workout with others. The General Manager is a strong leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio, as well as role modeling all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional instructor. The General Manager is expected to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instructs an average of 8 classes per week. The expectation of the General Manager is that in addition to instructing 8 classes per week on average, they are in the studio during class times for a minimum of 25 classes each week. The General Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of studio performance, growth, and people management in the studio.
