Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions, and collaborating throughout the design process. Designing interfaces that are optimized for different devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across platforms. Understanding accessibility guidelines and incorporating accessible design principles to ensure inclusive experiences for users with disabilities. Proficiency in using design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop, as well as collaboration tools like Zeplin or Abstract, to create and share design assets with the development team.
